Our Class Schedule

We offer late evening and weekend courses to accommodate various work schedules and time requirements. Classes are instructed by experienced American Heart Association Instructors at affordable prices. Our students have FUN in class while learning basic skills of first responders to handle REAL EMERGENCIES!
Located in San Diego California, SD CPR provides standard and custom CPR and First Aid courses throughout the Greater Escondido area. Our staff brings years of field experience together with positive attitude to present the best course possible.

We update our material throughout the course of the year to keep up with today’s changing medical field. Even if you have previous CPR, First Aid or AED training in San Diego and want to refresh your skills we can help.

SD CPR was established in 2006. It was founded by an educator that saw a need for an on-site training company. It is a registered company in the State of California. Each student has their own mannikin in our classes. We will come on-site if you have 6 or more students. If you have less than 6 students you may send them to one of our training facilities, located in San Diego County, just outside the Chula Vista area.

SD CPR Chula Vista follows the American Heart Association Standards and Guidelines.
WE TRAIN THE FOLLOWING CLASSES:

  • AHA Healthcare Provider CPR for Healthcare Prof(ie.Doctors, nurses, paramedics, people in the healthcare industry.)
  • AHA Heartsaver Professional CPR Adult only (ie. First responders, lifeguards, police officers, or people requiring CPR for their job.)
  • AHA Heartsaver Professional CPR Peds only (ie. Daycare providers.)
  • AHA Heartsaver Professional CPR Adult/Peds in San Diego(ie. requires CPR for both Adult and Pediatric CPR in their jobs.)
  • AHA AED/CPR for Adults (For facilities who have purchased an Automated External Defribrillator and require training for its use.) This course can be modified to add Escondido Pediatric CPR/ Pediatric AED. Call for Info.
  • AHA Heartsaver: First Aid Course Includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies (ie. San Diego First responders, Chula Vista lifeguards, Escondido police officers, or people requiring First Aid for their job.)
  • Modules that can be added to course: CPR______, AED______, or Enviornmental Emergencies ______.
  • AHA Pediatric First Aid (ie. Day Care Providers, Foster Parents, Nannies, or people requiring First Aid for those who work in the childcare industry.) This course can have the CPR or AED module added.
  • San Diego AHA CPR for Family and Friends (This class
    is a non-certification class.) For those individuals who are not required to have it, but wish to have it for their own knowledge.
  • AHA Instructor Classes in Chula Vista. (Please contact us direct for information.)
  • We offer on-site training throughout Southern California. We have over 30 combined years of experience teaching CPR, how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator), and First Aid.
    Training is available 24 hours per day to meet the needs of second and third-shift employees.
    All of our instructors are American Heart Association BLS and Heartsaver First Aid certified. They receive continual training in the latest standards. All CPR equipment is maintained and cleaned according to AHA standards.
    SD CPR is an American Heart Association training site.

    Classes can be scheduled any day of the week…any TIME of the week! Our training style is RELAXED and scenarios are REALISTIC. All classes are held at your location, and include lecture, video and hands-on training. We will bring all the equipment, which has been cleaned and disinfected prior to class, and training materials. All you need to do is provide a room with a TV and DVD/VHS player.
